Ask our framing team- How does AI help choose my frame?
- Vision uses AI to analyse the colours in your artwork, then suggests frame finishes and mount combinations from our range. You can see how they look around your picture and make the final choice yourself.
- What kind of image works best?
- Use a straight-on photo or digital copy of your artwork, cropped to the edges of the picture. Avoid including an existing frame, wall or table: Vision looks at the colours in the whole upload.
- Do I need to know my picture’s size?
- You can explore suggestions without it. To see prices and continue to the customiser, enter the actual width and height of your artwork in millimetres, centimetres or inches. The size of a digital file doesn’t tell us the size of your print.
- Can I change the suggested frame or mount?
- Absolutely. Choose “Customise this frame” to adjust the frame, mount colours, borders, glazing and accessories. Vision gives you a starting point; the final choice is yours.
- Will you print my uploaded image?
- No. Vision uses your image to help you choose and preview a frame. Your order here is for the frame and selected options, ready for you to fit your own artwork.
