Stock & Availability

If you require an order to be delivered on a specific date we strongly recommend you contact us to confirm stock levels and manufacture times.

This web site shows stock information along side most products. Whilst the figures displayed are an indication of our current stock level, they may not be 100% accurate. Please also note that the phrase "In Stock" may not refer to the product in its entirety and may be referring to the materials required to manufacture the product. In the event of an item being ordered that is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible via email, phone or text message.

Prices & Payments

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. It is very important that you check your invoice straight after placing your order.

All prices, unless otherwise stated, are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of UK VAT at 20%. Prices may change at any time. We accept most major credit and debit cards via our web site and over the phone, including VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

UK VAT at 20% will be charged on all orders. We can not remove VAT from your order if you live on the Channel Islands or outside of the UK. As stated on the website for Channel Island residents, linked here, "It should be noted that the UK supplier is under no obligation to remove VAT from any transaction or sale". If you live outside of the UK you can check with your countries VAT agency to find out if and how to claim the VAT back. Full details of any VAT paid and our UK VAT number can be found on your invoice.

By placing your order online with us you are giving us permission to charge your credit or debit card for the amount displayed on the web site basket plus any delivery or freight charges as explained on our delivery info page. If your payment is declined for any reason we will periodically re-attempt to charge the payment card. We may also contact you via email or phone to inform you of the unsuccessful payment and to update your payment details.

An invoice will be sent via email after placing your order. If you do not receive an invoice within 10 minutes of placing your order, contact us immediately to request one. It is important that you check your invoice carefully as once an order for made to measure picture frames has begun being manufactured it can not be changed or canceled for any reason whatsoever.


Please note that we manufacture the majority of our products to order and manufacture times need to be added to your delivery time.

We will dispatch all our made to measure products after the time of manufacture. Current manufacturing times can be seen on our delivery information page under the help and support menu tab. If you have an urgent requirement, you may select priority service when in the basket for a faster service.

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated automatically in the basket. If you select the wrong delivery address you agree for your card to be charged for the correct amount within 14 days of placing your order without notice. We will usually dispatch your order via Interlink Express who require a signature upon delivery. We may also dispatch smaller items with Royal Mail who do not require a signature, however we only dispatch items with Royal Mail that are usually small enough to push through your letter box, such as picture hooks or tape. We may change our couriers at any time without notice.

It is your duty to take delivery. This obligation consists in carrying out all the acts that could reasonably be expected from you in order to enable the couriers to make delivery and in taking over the goods. Further, preparatory measures such as the provisions of plans, are also part of the cooperation required of you. In the event that our couriers attempt a delivery and you are not available to sign for the delivery or the delivery is refused your order will be taken back to the carriers depot. You must arrange with the carriers directly to re-arrange the delivery within 5 working days. Failure to do so will result in the order being sent back to ourselves and a returns charge of £12.00 will be applied to your order. There will also be a further charge of £6.95 to for us to send out the order again. Whilst we do our best to inform you of delivery dates and times, it is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign for your order upon delivery. If you have placed an order for a made to measure product, refusing a delivery does not give you the right to a refund.

It is your responsibility for any payments due for local customs and import duties. ( Not applicable to UK residents as we dispatch from the within the UK ).

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive in the allotted timescale, please advise us via phone or email as soon as possible so we can investigate with our couriers. Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate and we will not be liable for any costs caused by a delay. It is your responsibility to order from us with adequate time to prevent any disappointment resulting from a late delivery.

In the basket you are asked which delivery option you would like. You must choose the correct option for your area. For example, if you are in Northern Ireland, you must choose the Northern Ireland delivery option. If you do not choose the right option and we incur a delivery charge due to this, you agree for us to re-charge your credit or debit card for this amount without notice.


It is your responsibility to ensure items collected are packaged safely and are insured during transit.

If we have arranged for a parcel to be collected and sent to us, you understand we are not liable for the loss or damage to the goods whilst in transit. Whilst our couriers will take great care handling your goods and the loss rate is extremely low, mishaps can happen and we will not be liable. If your items are of value, please let us know and we will quote for insurance of these items whilst in transit. It is your responsibility to ensure a parcel arrives with us in good condition, regardless of who has arranged the couriers collection.

Consolidating Orders

Multiple orders to the same recipient and address may be sent in the same box.

If you have placed multiple orders with us that are due to be dispatched on similar dates, we may consolidate your orders into one parcel. Your invoices will remain the same and still have multiple order numbers, the only difference is that your orders will be sent in the same box.


Some devices may display colours differently. Please contact us if you have any questions relating to exact moulding colours.

Some devices display colour different to others, so if the exact colour is key to your order please phone us to order a sample before ordering your frame as it may not be the exact same colour as displayed on your device. Please also take into consideration the colours of the side of the mouldings which may vary from the colour of the face. Again, please contact us if you have any questions about moulding colours.

In the event of an order being placed for a large frame using a thin moulding, we may upgrade your moulding free of charge to a thicker version of the same frame. This will ensure that your frame is more suited to your artwork dimensions and strong enough to be hung on the wall without flexing. Where a moulding is the same shape and colour we will not contact you to inform you of this upgrade.

Returning Made to Measure Items

If you are unsure about any of the materials or finishes, we strongly recommend you order samples before placing your full order as made to measure items can not be returned or exchanged.

Almost all the products on our web site fall into the category of custom made products. Including some of the items that are listed as 'standard size' as we may make them to order. Where a custom made product has been supplied correctly, we are not able to provide any exchanges or refunds for any reason whatsoever. It is your responsibility to read our how to measure pages before ordering to ensure the measurements you are entering into our web site are correct. If you are unsure, please call us before ordering to double check that the sizes you are entering are correct and you are clear on our measuring guides.

We take great pride in the quality of our products, however we can not accept returns if you are unhappy with the materials used. You must contact us prior to ordering if you want to check any of the materials we use for our frames.

When you place your order, you will have 1 hour from the time you placed the order to make changes or cancel the order. Our automated machinery will commence work on your order exactly 1 hour after placing your order, once we have started work on your order you will not be able to cancel or amend your order for any reason whatsoever.

Whilst the photos of our frames are highly accurate, some frames may appear different on your computer monitor, or the angle of the photo may not show the full frame. We highly recommend ordering a sample of the frame before purchasing a full frame to ensure the frame is perfect for your requirements. We are not able to accept returns of made to measure frames where you are not happy with the finish of the frame.

As the majority of our machinery is computerised its highly unlikely that a frame will be sent out incorrectly, however in this unlikely event, you will need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by phone or email. If we confirm that the frame has been manufactured incorrectly a replacement frame will be sent out.

Returning Prints

All prints, including their frames are manufactured to order.

  1. As all prints are manufacture to order, including their frames, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any reason.
  2. When you place your order you will have 1 hour to make changes or cancel the order. Our automated machinery will commence work on your order exactly 1 hour after placing your order.
  3. As the majority of our machinery is computerised it is unlikely that a print and frame will be sent out incorrectly, however if this does happen please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by phone or email. Once we have confirmed that the item has been manufactured incorrectly a replacement item will be sent.

Returning Ready Made Items

Ready made items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days.

  1. If you want to return a ready made frame please you may do so within 7 days of delivery.
  2. We can only accept returns in their original packaging.
  3. All items must be returned to us in perfect condition, we strongly recommend using an insured delivery service.
  4. All items must be returned to us at your own expense.
  5. Once we have received your return and verified the condition of the items, we will issue a refund to the same credit or debit card you paid with for the value of the products minus any delivery charges (if any) within 30 days.
  6. If you have paid via PayPal we will refund back to your PayPal account within 30 days.

Damaged / Defective Goods

For insurance purposes you must notify us of damaged goods within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

  1. In the event your order has been damaged in transit, or is defective in any way, you must notify us via email or phone within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
  2. To avoid delays in sending items back to us you will be required to email us photos of the damage or defects.
  3. Upon visual confirmation of damage or defects, we will send our replacement items as soon as possible.
  4. Where a made to measure product has been damaged in transit, we are not able to provide refunds for any reason whatsoever. A replacement frame will be sent out or we may collect and repair the damaged product.

Unauthorised Returns

All returns must have a returns authorisation number.

  1. If you would like to return an item to us you must have a returns authorisation number issued by customer services.
  2. Any goods returned to us without this number will be held for up to 3 months from the date of receipt.
  3. You may request for us to re-deliver unauthorised returns back to you for a charge. Contact us for costings.
  4. You may collect your items from us free of charge.

Rewards Points

You earn up to 5 points for every £1.00 you spend with

  1. Rewards points can be used to make purchases through via the website only. You can not claim reward points via orders placed over the phone.
  2. Rewards points will not be earned on orders that have been cancelled or where payment has not been received.
  3. Rewards points will not be earned on orders placed over the phone, or orders requiring a non typical amount of time by any of our staff members, including, but not limited to, where customer services have been required to amend an order.
  4. Rewards points will not be earned on orders that have been discounted, including where a voucher code or a gift code has been used.
  5. Rewards points will not be earned on orders where reward points have been redeemed.
  6. You can not redeem rewards points on orders where a voucher code has been used.
  7. There is a minimum order value of £20.00 excluding delivery when redeeming reward points. You will not be able to redeem points that will take your order value, excluding delivery, below £20.00.
  8. Rewards points have no cash value.
  9. Rewards points are not transferable.
  10. We reserve the right to revoke any reward points issued for any reason whatsoever.

Voucher Codes & Gift Vouchers

You can use one voucher code or gift voucher per order.

  1. One gift voucher or voucher code can be applied to an order and the value of the voucher does not apply to postage and packaging costs.
  2. We reserve the right to void a voucher code or gift voucher for any reason whatsoever.
  3. Gift vouchers can only be used on orders exceeding a value of £15.00 excluding postage and packaging.
  4. In the event a gift voucher exceeds the value of the order no refund or credit will be issued for the remaining balance of the gift voucher.
  5. Our spin and win system will issue up to 1 voucher code per order.
  6. We reserve the right to revoke any voucher codes issued by the spinner at any time for any reason whatsoever.


As a standard, the sizes displayed and asked for are artwork sizes. Not frame sizes, aperture sizes or anything else.

  1. All sizes displayed, unless otherwise stated, are relating to the size of artwork that will fit inside the frame.
  2. Frames with a mount will overlap your artwork by approximately 4mm on each side.
  3. Frames without a mount will be approximately 2mm larger than your artwork size.
  4. All frames have a lip on the inside to stop artwork falling through the front. This lip will cover your artwork by a few millimeters all the way around.
  5. If you are unsure about sizes we strongly recommend getting in touch by phone or email to discuss.

Our phone lines are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

  1. Calls to our telephone numbers beginning with 0871 cost approximately 13p per minute from a BT land line. Charges will vary depending on your network provider. Mobile network providers will typically charge a lot more. Check with your network provided if you are unsure of the costs.
  2. Calls to our telephone numbers beginning with 0161 are charged at local rate, check with your network provider before calling if you are unsure of the costs.
  3. We will not provide refunds for telephone calls under any circumstance. It is your responsibility to check call charges with your network operator before calling.
